We all know that office 2007 gives tips on misspelled words and on some sentence structure but did you know you can make office 2007 find more then just that? Office 2007 can find sentence structure errors such as split infinitives and passive sentences. In other words it will find errors in both grammar and style of your writing.

To begin Open Microsoft Word in Office 2007. Click the windows button at the top left of your screen. Go down and click word options. Click the proofing tab at the left of the new window. Go down to writing style and choose Grammar & Style. Now Office 2007 will notice Cliches and other incorrect mechanics in your style of writing and offer suggestion into correcting them.
